Can I cancel my reservation and receive a full refund?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation with a full refund if you do so. at least 14 days before the check-in date.
What happens if I cancel within 14 days of my arrival?
If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before, you will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount.
If you cancel with less than 7 days in advance, no refunds are made.
Can I change the dates of my stay?
Yes, you can request a change of dates up to 14 days before check-in, subject to availability. If the new dates have a different rate, the difference will be applied.
