📅 Changes to the Reservation
- You can request changes to your reservation (dates, number of guests) up to 14 days before your arrival, without penalty.
- All changes are subject to availability and may involve rate adjustments.
- Requested changes with less than 14 days' notice may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
- Only changes requested by the reservation holder are accepted.
❌ Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: until 14 days before check-in date.
- Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival: will be retained 50% of the total reserve.
- Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice, or in case of no show, are non-refundable.
💸 Refunds
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used for the reservation.
- The estimated time for the return is 7 to 10 business days.
- No refunds will be made for early departures, unauthorized modifications, or adverse weather conditions.
🌪️ Force Majeure Cases
- In the event of a medical emergency, natural disaster, or government restriction, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
